A quick report on the Elvery Cup that took place yesterday Saturday 26th July on Lough Lene.

26 anglers took part with Hubert Smith in first place with a fish of just over 3 lbs; Cathal McDonnell came second and Tom Hipwell in third place.

in terms of the overall leaderboard for the season, Cathal McDonnell has a strong lead with 5 competitions done and only 2 remaining. Cathal has 31 points to PJ’s 24.
